Dont take my word for it on plum windows backwards dealings. Check him out online on other reports of this guys backward dealings. I even inquired personally about this guy from others in the door and window bizz. I have done repairs for several, and they all said that he was a crook. If you want to get ripped off use plum,or worse do some work for them. P.S. He also changes his company name to avoid lawsuits. It used to be called clearview or something.

I did the drywall at the same time the stucco contractor, Zachory, was doing his job.
I can say he did a horrible job with the stucco. He was only on the project for about an hour.
As I was working he even yelled at me that I was pushing my sander too hard on the other side of the wall.
I then went outside to see what he was talking about. What I saw was nothing short of amazing.
Stucco so watered down it wouldnt even stick to the walls, stucco slop all over the windows walls and brick pavers that was in the entrance way.
His company was hired to do the job and to do it right. The fact that he got kicked off the job for performance.
I would say Plum stays in business for having standards!

This guy is way off. First he made a mess of my project. He got Stucco all over the windows brick pavers and landscaping. He was to chip back the stucco, around a new entry door that was installed, and then re-stucco the wall areas around the door, so they would match the finish of the house and the edges
would roll / curve into the door.
He didnt do that, he just applied an all in one stucco patch that didnt match the finish of the home. He spent about an hour on the job.We spent two full days cleaning the mess he made.
Plum had another company come back out, they chipped out the mess this guy made and then they applied the first coat/ called a scratch coat. A day later they came back and applied the finish coat.
They even cleaned their job area both days when they finished.
So you can better understand my project, the exact same detail on the exterior of the home had to be done on the interior with the drywall. The drywall work took 3 days to complete. We had no issues or concerns with the drywall because that installer wasnt looking to make a fast buck and trying to short
cut the job. It was done right the first time.
Plum took 3 days to cut a hole in the house and install a beautiful custom front door. As I see it Im the customer, I was not satisfied with the work that the original stucco worker did. It was not complete or close to what we agreed upon.
Thinking you can post a complaint, to bully your way, to get paid for a job you didnt do is just plain wrong!
