Overcharged on bank fees for minimum balance ON a checking account $2000 which was changed via a bank statement and not thru a contract. Spoke to the people in corporate 18005931012 whose name is John and Kendra who cannot give me a correct answer as to when my notification has been sent out. Also told to look up my own bank statements to see when it was changed. You are not able to talk to anyone who is actually in charge. They also think it is funny to send you from person to person who are all at the same level, they all call themselves MANAGERS, WHAT A JOKE.
John also said as soon as you sign a signature card that allows the bank to change their contract.
Do not use this bank

Changing conditions...
AUTHOR: Striderq - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, December 09, 2015
When a bank decides to change conditions, such as required balance, amount of a fee, etc, they will add a message to the statement. If you get it mailed it's included, if you get it electronically it's included. The message will tell you what is going to change and when it will change. It also has a statement similar to " using you account after this date signifies your acceptance of this change". So, it's not a rip off, it's you not paying attention.
And just to let you know, NO I don't work for them.
