Pocono Farms Realty is een worse.. I contracted the Realty Company to manage my rental property. Never told the woman who works for Pocono Farms Realty that I was selling my home. After about a week or so the tenants moved in the woman/agent said she mail the tenants RENT CHECK. It only takes 3 days at the most for mail to be received in Bklyn NY.

By week two I called the "agent" said I never received the check...a alleged stop payment was placed. This stall game went on for about 2 1/2 weeks. I went to my property and spoke to the tenant. Only to find out the Pocono Farms Realty agent LIED to the tenants ans told them they could purchase the property witin 6 months. I was given a copy of the RENT w/option to buy from the tenant.  

Oh its get better, I contact the General Mananger for Pocono Farms Country Club. The "agreement" for all parties the Tenant was given back their money  $4800 and I get bogus bills for  carpet cleaning , dumpster charges and other miscellaneous billing.

I contacted only two of the alleged companies I was given recepits for and contracted by this "agent" and was informed they was never contracted by Pocono Farms Realty. The General Manager was of no help..because out of a prorated amount of rent of $1080 and bogus charges of $1100 I was entitled $50.  I should have received my rent for the month of $1600. 

They agent should fired for her unethical realty tactics but her underling was fired instead when she neer signed any contracts with tenants nor this writer...smh 

IF YOU THINK THIS KIND OF RIPPING OFF PEOPLE IS GOOD BUSINESS FOR THE DEVELOPEMENT AND THE GOLF COURSE YOU ARE INEFFECTIVE AS A REPRESENTIVE! IT IS BETTER TO HAVE A LONG TERM PAYING CUSTOMER THAN TO RIPP OFF FOR $688.00 IF YOU THINK THIS WILL CRIPPLE ME FINANCIALLY YOU ARE GREATLY MISTAKEN IT IS THE POINT!!!!

IT WILL LOOSE YOU A GREAT CUSTOMER & I WILL ALWAYS HAVE A NEGATIVE OPINION ABOUT YOU DAVID TIMKO & NEIL CARLSON & OTHER BOARD MEMBERS THAT PARTICIPATED IN THIS RIPP OFF AT POCONO FARMS COUNTRY CLUB!!!!

 Because YOU signed an agreement. That is why. Until your contract is paid off they will continue to remove the amount agreed upon at the time of signing. This is WHY you read what YOU are being asked to sign BEFORE you sign it. YOU want to try and make them out to be the bad guys because YOU are having financial issues. The REALITY is that YOU agreed to all of this and THEY are NOT going to budge. You can write as many emails or letters that you wish. THEY are ONLY going by the contract YOU signed. Even IF you havent used the service yet, YOU still have the access that the contract YOU SIGNED gives YOU.
