Therefore I would like to make a formal apology of my misunderstanding that these sites were Jeff's and I recommend that Writers both visit Literature Forums and Literature Vaults as both names have been removed from Todays-Woman black list of sites owned by Mr.Paris

I removed you from poetryscams.com's "questionable sites list". I hope this clears everything up. I truly hope you are done being dishonest and turning everything around onto me. Also, yes, you banned the entire U.S. Military Installation here, in Keflavik. That is about 5000 people.

I have also given your ip addresses from my server logs to the webmasters of the sites where you pretended to be other people in order to give people a bad impression of me. 2 of them have verified that your ip address matched the ip addresses I have for you. Nick from sevengraff will most likely check his site control panel and verify that you are the person who told everyone that I steal software and make it look like my own, when really, I have proven to Nick, the author of the "New Life Blogger" months ago, that I am a competent php programmer and he has seen some of the code I have written as open source for him to include into his software.

I have not turned against your site with lies. Though I can not prove circumstantial incidents, I do not need to because I have 2 webmasters that can prove via server logs that you have intentionally signed up under false names, to their websites while trying to discredit me and my Wife.

As far as what you said on your website, I have not "taken control of my wife's website". My wife and I split our relationship 50/50 and I respect her and she respects me. We have a mutually beneficial marriage and we care about each other. Your attacking my marriage only shows how small you really are. I have never attacked your marriage or personal life, and it really distresses me that you would sink so low, as to discredit me as a husband and a father. My family means a lot to me, which is why I removed you from the visible blacklist, because your attacks are stressing us out tremendously because you won't stop bothering us with your accusations and personal attacks. Again, if you have legitimate complaints regarding our site, I have plenty of time to discuss the matters with you. My wife and I do not wish to make anyone feel that poetryscams.com is biased or illegitimate and I would love to know your thoughts on the sites if you truly think they are scams. However, attacking my family and my own character is not legitimate, especially since you know nothing about me or my family.

To the owners of this site, I ask you to no longer allow this person, Rose, to attack me as a person at this site. If she has a problem with me as a person, she needs to discuss this with me and not try to convince the world that I am a bad person. I spend time with my daughter, teaching her about love and kindness. I donate to various charities. To day Tuesday December 14th 2004 Jeff Paris has my company listed on his blacklist of sites. He has slanderous and libel content about me on his website stating that I have edited the letters received from him, untrue and can provide full header to any isp provider , editor of staff of rip off report , or lawyer. I have not changed my dynamic ip address as you have to spoof it and I have no knowledge how to Ip spoof.

I have not banned the entire Country of Iceland , My husband shawn banned their ( being Mr. Jeff Paris and his wife's)Isp from entering the website. Because his wife were able to get their Dynamic Isp and ban it.

He quotes I broke a link agreement with poetryscams.com and all I did was request my link be removed from his site and I removed his link, as he violated our terms of service. Literacy-escape did not loose any money do to my report and if so I would like to see evidence of this , do you not need to provide proof of that before you can list it. If not it is hear say.

He black lists us because we have removed accounts from Todays-woman , that is like blacklisting an isp provider because they shut down accounts that violate their terms of service again hear say evidence by my past members who were removed for violating toss.

He requests us to make a formal apology to a community that supports us 100 % that is to funny and further more ,I wonder how one can list a company as a blacklist for removing poetry that violastes our toss and what does what goes on within our company have to deal with an outsider?

He states several emails were received from me that states I have sent mail sense cease was asked to be stopped. I was the one who requested he cease emailing me. My isp provider can validate when I sent my last email to him and I can vouch that my husband Shawn just received an email from Mr.Jeff Paris Sunday Dec 12th .

He reports on his site that he will be making all information available for a court case and that all materials from the future court case will be made public as per the 'Right to Information Act'. If he wants to waste his money to take me to court over this, he will be wasting his money as I have all evidence including his abusive letters to support my statements. I would not file a report unless I have other wise.
To post slanderous on a website and list a business as a scam with no solid evidence to back it is a scam in itself not to mention changing the appearance of your website to resemble the site you are black listing , all things Mr. Paris has done.

I felt seeing how Mr. Paris replied to my report with his rebuttal that I had a right to reply to my rebuttal as obviously Mr. Paris has turned this against my site with lies , and slanderous of my character as both an administrator , author and columnist by posting lies about me to back his own mistakes. How can this be resolved my only suggestion would be is he should of never black listed us in the first place, as anyone who visits poetryscams.com will see that todays-woman.net is not a scam and I have a business number with the Better Business Bureau.

I think this all started over one upset webmaster, who was mad that we removed his link from our site for breaking the toss and went on to blow a small situation out of the water and by doing so the truth came out about him as more evidence came up about how dishonest he is.

My only other suggestion the truth will set you free. Three sides to every story my side , his side and the truth and I suggest before any one involves themselves with both business owned by him doing a background check.
