Point and Click Appliance Repair Charged credit card! Never did ship anything Willoughby Ohio

On Jan 8th I ordered a part from Point & Click Appliance repair. Their site stated that it was in stock and would ship with 2 days. Two weeks later I had not received any further notifications and called their service line. I was told that the part had just come in that day and I would receive a tracking number the following morning. Two weeks later I called again and was told that the part had never been in stock.

Note that Point & Click Appliance repair billed my credit card a month ago. It is now six weeks since I placed this order and I am arguing with them to cancel the order and refund my charges.
