This company,POINTOFMAIL.COM, with whom we already had a good history, now offers a year subscription price for tracking e-mails and then charges the YEARLY PRICE EVERY MONTH, through paypal. They do not answer emails and I could not located a telephone number for them or location where they are officed or incorporated. Paypal, turned it's back on me and said there was no basis for a claim. Apparently, it has been taken over by another company, predatory and inaccesible. Next steps are to turn in the complaint to our Attorney General's Consumer protection office.
