Liars and cheaters. STEAR AWAY. They have charged for the repair of the machine in advance, then refused to return calls and then when I finally managed to get hold of them (from a different phone) said they forgot what was wrong with the machine and laughed when I said I'll report this. The tenant said the plumber that came to fix the machine couldn't say two words in English as well.
