We bid on items that said they were worth $6,900.00 and took them to a gemologist and we were told that the high retail was possibly 1/3 at one point, but never that much. now to return items they charge a 15% restocking fee + shipping w/ conformation. They totally miss represent their items on auction.

Suggested retail? Since when does anyone really pay that? Most online auctions do charge a restocking fee. That is reasonable enough. If you bid too much and regretted it later well...
