Pollack and Rosen Pollack & Rosen We were sued by Citi on a credit card. They vacated the claim and wrote it off. A year later we received a notice to appear on LABOR DAY. I emailed Pollack and Rosen and called them and left a message for some edification. No response. They then got a summary judgement on the vacated claim, somehow. Coral Gables Florida
