The resumes created by this website are not professional. The number of templates and fonts is very limited and once downloaded into word it is very difficult to work with.
 
Customer service refused to issue me a refund and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was trasferred to a voice mail. I called back and the original person I spoke to did not cancel my membership as requested.
 
I was able to purchase a much better template on another website for 1/2 of the cost. Also, thier cover letters are very generic. Would not recommend to anyone, you can do much better

Pongo is the biggest Ripoff

I too, used Pongo, and when I cancelled my service with them I was told by their representative that it was all taken care of.  When I realized I was still being charged by them I call back and spoke to the horrible customer service supervisor - Dallas.  He told me they had no record of my calling and wouldn't give me refund. 

Beware!  Beware!  Beware!  If you go over the supervisors head it goes straight to the Ceo - Rodney Capron and he just can't be bugged with these little problems.  So you get ignored and still charged for months of service that you never used!

Do not use Pongo!  You can do much better with actual free services on the internet or by downloading  products like (((competitor's name redacted)))

  sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. Id first like to apologize for the poor experience you had with the Pongo Resume
Customer Support Team, as it is our goal to exceed customer expectations on
every call. As for our product, we offer a Free Trial which allows our
customers to try out the Resume Builder free of cost to see if our product is
indeed what they are looking for.

 In all cases, our Customer Support Specialists will refund a subscription as long
as the service has not been used. In your particular case, a monthly
subscription was purchased, and the resume was created and saved to your
computer.

 I am glad that we resolved the issue when we spoke this afternoon. If you need
assistance with your resume in the future, all of our Customer Support
Specialists are certified resume professionals and would be more than happy to
assist.
