Classic Rip-Off, order some pool parts online, wait a week - nothing. Wait another week, still nothing. Call and leave messages - no return phone call. Email the company, and it bounces back - and to add insult to injury, the part i bought is 20% higher than other websites I found it on. Now it has been 8 weeks, and I'm pretty sure I got ripped off! My first time too - I feel like a sucker. Thanks ripoff report for having this forum - at least I can warn others, and get some of this off my chest. Stay away from poolpartsonline.com!

This is just ridiculous.. you have been now posting these unfound claims all over the web under different names. We started selling pool parts now for over 15 years ago online and never such claims... We go above and beyond in customer service and satisfaction.. As you can see my the timely responses to these nonsense posts.. we do care!
