Pools Etc Inc continually lied about sending me my rebate forms and then lied about issuing me a credit/refund for the amount of the refund. they kept telling me they would issue the refund, but they were having problems in accounting.

They are liars ! Do not do business with this company!!!!

Thanks to ripoff.com they finally issued me my credit - i guess they did not want the bad publicity

it only took 5 months but things are square now

The customer is correct that he was due to receive a partial refund. Unfortunately this was overlooked several times by us. A simple refund should never take this long. We will take care of this right away for him. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this has caused him.
