Jeremy Tallmadge runs a company called Poolscapes by J. I hired Jeremy to work on remodeling my pool. He seemed to be good at first but then started ignoring my calls unless I called from another number. He claimed he was buying supplies with some money I gave him and finally got him to admit that he spent that money on his electric bill. He justified this by saying that he undercharged me for his work. Much of the work I ended up re-doing or finishing myself.
