PopCultureSpot.com drafted payment for merchandise ordered a month ago but have not delivered - no response to emails, phone useless Internet

Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I placed an order a month ago, Paypal was immediately drafted however merchandise has never been received. Company only deals with customer service issues online, the phone number is only for orders. I have sent multiple emails requesting for this situation to be addressed but only receive a canned email back stating they will have a response in two business days.
The two business days come and go with no further contact on their part. I am filing this report and will send them a copy as the company leaves its customers little alternative in resolving issues.

Popculture.com reimbursed my Paypal with no explanation and no notification before this report was filed. Now if they had sent me an email letting me know...
I really wanted that smiley face window decal I ordered from them, too!
