They do not honor their promises. They used high pressure sale tactics and deceptive trade practices to sell cars. Their actions have caused serious issues, financially and emtionally. I have made several attempts to resolve the matter with the GM, however they refuse to help.

Buyer's Remorse

A lender would have no reason to offer a lower finance rate after the deal is done. Do you have that offer in writing? Did you meet the conditions of that written agreement?
The dealer is under no obligation to honor your request to return the car. You are suffering from two cases of buyer’s remorse.
The dealer is not responsible for your emotional instability and financial issues.

I was promised that I could come back to the dealership to refinace at no expense to lower my interest rate and get better payment. I was upfront with my expectations
I traded in my car in April for a Cayman GTS, with in hours of the purchase, I requested my car back and wanted to retunr the car. The delearship refused. After some back an forth, porsche agreed to tak the car back but I would have to still buy a car from them. My hands were tied, so I bought the Panamera. What did not disclose was that they were actually trading the GTS (which I bought less than a few hours ago) which put me in a negative equity position. That was rolled into the next deal on Panamera. I'm so far upside on the car, becuase of what they did. They will not refinance me without me putting 40k down to make sense. Porsche knowingly structured a deal that I can trade or refinance out of. This deceptive and honestly bad sales practices. This has cause me emotional suffering as though I don't sleep or eat due to the mental stress. I have been turn down from numerous dealerships.

You didn’t respond to any of the three questions so apparently this didn’t really happen.
