They send out junk computer hardware and it can take weeks before they even regonize that you have a problem (DONT ever call their tech support, that they charge you extra for) and once they do, they want to send you back the same junk they sent you in the first place. THEN they will not want to sends a replacement under the same way you ordered it..they want to send it "regular"
