Tony Zhang Company product makes false claims, sent me a faulty unit and agreed to pay return shipping then after they received the return, they claimed to never agreeing to pay for return shipping. I was looking for a good water ionizer on alibaba and came across positive energy or PE 9 plate ionizers. While going back and forth through chat between a few other companies a guy named Tony Zhang from PE insisted I would be completely satisfied with there 9 plate ionizer and sweet chated his ionizer and had me believing I was going to be getting the best bang for the buck. The ionizer arrived and upon seeing the package I already felt suspicious. Box was poorly packaged and the ionizer box looks cheap. Upon installing I drilled two holes on my countertops to get the filter hooked up under the cabinet. Everything was hooked up according to the instructions. Moment of truth, plugged in the unit and turned on the water, everthing seemed good until water started leaking through every little crack it could find, the lcd screen filled with water and a few seconds after that the circuit breaker tripped. Glad I wasn't electrocuted. Unit was obviously defective. Tony had me send pictures and had agreed to give me a refund after I shipped the unit back. I had also had an agreement with Tony which I confirmed twice that he would pay for the return shipping. When he received the unit back, he turned around and said he did not agree to pay for the return shipping and said he didn't care if I complained. So here I am. I have since purchased an new ionizer from a different company with zero issues so far. Positive Energy ionizers are complete garbage! Buyer beware.
