Ordered 2 potatoes with PotatoParcel.com and both times I was overcharged $20.00 on each order. When I emailed the company back I received ZERO response. They never reached out to me. Finally found them on Twitter and received 1 tweet -- "we have had thousands of orders and emails the last 2 weeks."

Alright, but what does this have to do with my order? And of my overcharge?

My other friends have used PotatoParcel.com and they too have been overcharged $10.00-$25.00 on each of their orders without knowing about it.

The owner, Alex Craig, of Dallas, TX should acknowledge this concern. So far as of Sept 1, 2015 he wanted to sell this site for $40-$50k. Really?

If you can't provide customer service, or respond to an email then how in the hell are you asking $50k for this?I don't care what the potato says--- this company is going to LOSE in the long term.

Customer service is key and overcharging customers is going to lose BUSINESS.

PotatoParcel.com is a scam. Watch out folks.

Potatoparcel.com is a SCAM.

AUTHOR: AlexCraigisafraud - (USA)

we ordered from potatoparcel.com and these people do not answer your emails. Especially when they have ran your credit card 2x. They like to add extra potatoes so instead of $9.99 plus $3.99 they charge $100. Yeah had that happen to me.

They don't answer your emails. Guess they think they can run a business out of an apartment without being nice, courteous or legit.

Alex Craig seems like his ego went over the top. Order somewhere else. This potatoparcel.com is a FRAUD, and SCAM. Heard he wanted $50,000 for this site. Jeez. Not with what and how you're running this scam. Potatoparcel.com is a total fraud!

Be careful.
