I was recently layed off and purchased the books and dvd to help me find a way to survive the winter with little money for heat. I recieved in the post a cheap dvd and no books at all. I payed $70.00 to be scammed, money that could have helped my family during a very bad time. I am sick about it and wonder if these people realize the harm they have brought to my family...profitting off of desperate people is shameful.

This report is based upon a lack of pertinent information provided to the consumer. I too ordered this product and received the DVD within a few days. I waited more than a week for the books and when I had not received them I phoned customer service and found out the books were in fact 'e-books'. Sure enough the info is all there, I just did not know it. Hope this helps.
