I agreed and signed a contract to become a distributor for the 5 Hour Energy Drink with the Powerbrands Distributing Company. The agreement on my contract included the Level I Program. I had to invest 20,000 dollars to become a distributor at this level. PDC, had the responsibility of coordinating with 10 stores within my zip code for placement of the product. PDC has not contacted me with designated locations for the product or forwarded any products to me for distribution.

I too was ripped off...the perps of this scam have been arrested !!!!!!!!!

I was also ripped off by this scam. The Dept of Justice in conjunction with US Postal inspectors have caught and arrested the two individuals who were running this (and other) scams. they are in the process of extriditing them to the US for trial !!!
