Powertrain Solutions Brickyard Automotive PTS Sold defective rebuilt transmission and won't honor warranty Fairburn Georgia

Bought a rebuilt transmission for a Ford F150 and was told it had a 3 year, 100,000 mile warranty.

The invoice has my company name, and it was paid with a company check.

On the invoice, it has the 3 year warranty written on it.

The transmission became unusable in its 14th month.

We drove the truck back to the factory, to get someone to see firsthand what it was doing.

However, they refused to look at the vehicle.

Instead, I was told that the warranty was expired because it is a commercial vehicle.

I am confused because from the beginning, it was conveyed to them it was being used for work at a glass shop.

Now, they refuse to do anything and aren't concerned in the slightest bit.
