Prairie Wind Dentistry Lauren Watts, DDS Denied that I was employed there Boulder Colorado

See here's the deal..she had no proof..I DO! I have printed copies of time sheets. So even if she deleted them I have the proof!  i would never use her as a reference on a new job..which I have..and am appreciated. i will come out smellin like a rose..not a sh*t pot! And yes it was bad working there. I am glad it was brief. i am in a better place now and it won't be long til another employee asks for payroll and she denies it and she fires them or they leave. She has a huge turnover of employees..that has to say something about her!

First off..there is way more to this. After 5 months working there she claims I was never employed there. I agreed to THREE MONTHS. With nothing taken out and when I asked she fired me..as she has done to several other employees. Deleting any record on her computer of  me not working there is NOT legal!  I WAS NOT a contractual laborer nor did I work for her through a temp agency as she stated.

If I am not a contractual laborer..which again..I was not..she has to take taxes, unemployment, social security and labor and industry out. I have never been employed where they didn't.

her lying about me working for a temp agency I have never heard of it a blatant lie. I had no reason to lie and will sleep at night knowing I told the truth.

 All I see is someone who didnt get put on payroll and decided that they were going to punish them. You had something like a job that was paying you. Obviously you agreed to this pay structure or you wouldnt be working. So they employ you and you turn around and attempt to make trouble for them and then wonder WHY they would lie. Come on now, youre really not that stupid are you?? You stirred the "shitpot" how can you be surprised when you stink?

Jobs are hard to get and all you did is make getting your next job even harder for yourself. Oh, sure you can attempt to put it off ALL on them. But when they call because it will be in your permenant file and speak with this dentist, do you think they will give you a glowing revue? Yea that probably wont be happening. So its a life lesson for you. Was it really so bad working there that you had to go after them??

See heres the problem. How can you sit there and expect them to be honest. Especially if they have "proof". Yep they are going to lie to the judge or panel and when they are cleared of these charges they will turn thier attention to making your life miserable. And all because YOU felt you had to report them. I certainly hope it will all be worth it for you. Because in the end there is NOTHING illegal about them not taking taxes. There is NOTHING illegal about them not having you on the office payroll. You will have caused YOURSELF all these problems because they didnt put you on payroll and give you what YOU felt YOU deserved.
