I can't believe i fell for this scam. and sent money. This company should be held accountable for using a church name to scam money. This makes me soo mad. I hope they are caught and punished.

um. its not religion

The above rebuttal has it wrong.

This is a scam and its not religion thats at fault here.

But the reality that somebody pretends to be somthing and then takes money from those who actually believe it is is whats wrong.

Even so, no matter what the request is, never assume automaticallly that something is valid or true till you verify it.  especially if its your $$ involved.

In my own, I never ever give $ by mail or otherwise as a rule and even then will only with truely verified person/company/vendor that is valid and real.

This is a very old and very obvious scam (old in that the first time I heard of them was 35 years ago).

Religion is what's wrong with most of the world today.

Any religion that is involved with a) the mail b) television c) the radio d) the internet are almost certainly fraudulent and are scams.

If you think you HAVE to give money to religion, at least give it to a little local church that is trying to help people in your local community.
