Same thing happened to me. After about 9 months of clipping my credit card they said 'we aren't going to be able to get you a settlement because the IRS changed the rules'. I contacted another company and they said that was BS! I complained and got a small refund but they wasted almost a year and then lied to me. I have a friend in marketing and he said nobody gets all 5-stars that is a clear sign they have people faking these reviews. I contacted Optima and they settled the case and charged me about half what these clowns did. Don't use them!
