precutautotint.com they will not take tinting back as they say it's pre-cut so no refund. RIPOFF Internet

They also say their product is "easy to install". After speaking with tinting installers they said it is NOT EASY and requires special skills that I do not have. After disputing precutautotint.com with Paypal, Paypal sided with this ripoff company. Now they can not find the package as I refused it on delivery and asked for a refund. They went as far as saying they would split the costs in half.

After ordering from precutautotint.com I talked to a local tinting specialist who informed me that to do tinting right I would need special skills to complete the tinting.  Precutautotint.com was able to get Paypal to go along with their ripoff by deciding in their favor for the refund saying all orders are precut therefor no refund.  Paypal is just as bad!  After many emails with "Johnny" at precutautotint.com had the nerve to offer me half refund.  No way, I want a full refund period!  PRECUTAUTOTINT.COM IS A RIPOFF

You really think they are a ripoof or a scam because you bought a product from them that you have no clue in how to install? Why didn't you go to this tint installer prior to this purchase to find out the skill needed to put tint on? Our did you think tint installers were just unskilled monkeys. That you could imatate and do as they do. Until this package arrived in the mail. Guy spends 50k on a ride but goes cheap and buys internet tint. Thinking he could do something he has never done in his life. Makes since to go ask tint installers after the fact then just paying them 150.00 in the 1st place.

After all this time, being forced to alert other customer's to your possible scam!  Saying that auto tinting is easy to install! 

Then when you explain that professionals in the field have told you it takes skills.  I just bought a nice vehicle for 50k and did not want the tint to be messed up and not by me.  I refused the order when I got good advice to not do it on my own.  This is when the emails started firing up....READ FROM BOTTOM UP!

Buyer: your poor customer care and support is what will put you out of business.  Choke on your $2.70

Seller: The total is $84.97 that you had originally paid, so you will not be getting an extra $3.00. Payment has been sent and thank you for being a wonderful customer.

Buyer:  If the situation was reversed I would have called and spoke with the customer instead of playing these email games! Would not have post "easy to install" on my website. Where is the support you promised?

Seller:  Hello, We are waiting for the items to be returned back to us. Lastly, why don't you take responsibility for your own actions? You asked a tint shop if they recommend you taking business away from them of course they would say no.  What would you do if the situation was reversed?

Buyer: Why have you not refunded $84.97 to my PayPal account? I am going to continue to expose your horrible business practices. Saying that I have buyer's remorse is not correct. If you read my emails it spells it out.

Buyer: Because your advertisement states it's easy to do! When are you going to refund me the $84.97 and stop acting like you do not know what I am talking about. Your business is a scam and I am going to ripoff and report you as such!

Seller: Hello, Which special skills do you need to apply a film? Also why did you order the film if you didn't have these Special Skills? If there is anything else that I can help you with, do not hesitate to ask.

Buyer: What part of NOT HAVING SPECIAL SKILLS do you not understand.  Please read my emails!

Seller: Hello, It is obvious that you have changed your mind, but we have cut the film for what you have asked us to do. I do not understand why you are asking us to issue you a refund as we have held up our end of the bargin.

Buyer: I refused the order because it requires special skills to put tinting on a vehicle. I DO NOT have these special skills. Instead of ruining a 50k vehicle with $84.97 tinting it was refused!

Seller: Hello, Your order was custom cut for you at the time of payment, and now after the refusal the package is stuck in the postal system. Why did you order the film and then refuse it? If there is anything else I can help you with?

Buyer: This order was refused at delivery! Please credit my paypal acct for full refund.

Seller: Hello, Please let me know how I can help? If there is anything else that I can help you with, do not hesitate to ask. Thank you, Customer Service Johnny T.

Their return policy states, “Custom cut film will not be refundable as this is a service that is provided for you…”

You were not ripped off for two reasons: You are suffering from a case of buyer’s remorse and the seller is enforcing a posted return policy.
