I Called TutorJam to help my son just for Summer. they charged me $1600. I faxed,emailed and called to remove this charges cancle services. they did not call me back.

Tutoring Service Was Excellent - Pretty Straightforward Process

I used the service for my son's senior-year algebra and trigonometry. TutorJam's tutors explained the math concepts well and my son passed his school year and will be playing varsity football at the State college. Once we were done with the tutoring, we let the company know by filling out the cancellation form (it sounds like you forgot to do this). Basically, this let's the company know that you no longer need any tutoring and the tutor will stop showing up. If you don't fill out the form, they have no way of knowing if you still need the tutor and will pay the tutor to attend tutoring classes as requested. I'd give them a call to help sort this all out.
