Somehow preferred long distance had all my phone information from my current carrier, AT&T. They walked through everything and explained how I could be saving over $100/month. I verified with my salesperson at least twice what the monthly bill would be. Each time he said I would have the same coverage I have currently and would have a drastic savings each month. Their bill was promised to be about 30% less than my current monthly phone costs. However, my bill was 50% higher. There customer service was horrible also. They were very sarcastic and unhelpful.
