Preferred Shoppers Edge is taking money from my deceased aunt. How do I stop this? ripoff Internet

My aunt died in 12/24/06. I recently found out that Preferred Shoppers Edge is taking money ($19.95) out of her checking account. I would like to contact the company to make them aware of my aunt's death and to get a refund for any money taken out after her death. However, I have no way of getting in contact with the company because their web site require membership information and offers no contact information.
