Be aware of Preferred signature properties, Kyle & Joyce Cimiotti refused to return $950 in escrow after a deal with a condo association went bust.  They held my money for 5 months before i was able to sue them and win my money back.  They are very shady people!!!!!!  If they have done you wrong report them immeadiately i have reported them to the better business bureau and the florida dept. of business and professional regulations.  They do not deserve to keep their licenses and i hope to see that their business gets shut down and their license's revoked.
