Premier Benefits - Buyer's Union - Premier Movie Pass - Call One Unlimited ripoff Orange california

I have been waiting 8 months for my refund of $400 from Premier Benifits. This nightmare started in January '05 with the offer of $200 in free gas. I canceled when I did not receive the schedueled UPS delivery. I was told that my refund would be sent within 14 days. 8 months later and 24 telephone calls later, I am being told that my refund has been flagged for top priority. Each call extends my refund date an additional 14 days. I am not allowed to speak to anyone in authority. I have called 3 different numbers to get the sae bank of people: 800-357-7887, 800-367-7592 and 800-357-9145. This is the worst.
