This review is in regards to the service department. I had my car serviced and was very dissatisfied . I filled up my car with $35 worth of gas and then noticed my check gauges light was still on so I took my car to the dealer and Al Carreno filed out my service work order on May 17 on May 19 the service was finished he then tell my husband and I the reason it took so long to finish was because my gas tank was empty!!!! I know my gas tank was not empty!!! I know the mechanic must have drained the gas and forgot somehow where he got the gas from?? I came home with less than 1/2 a tank of gas. Tell me not all service departments conduct business that careless. Please Ladies do not take your car there for service. Especially not to Al Carreno he will lie and not look you in the eye!! I'm very dissapionted in you Al. And I thought my car was in good hands. My car is my baby 2002 Camaro z28 91,000 mi . Shame on you Al for letting me down.
