We used this Company to help us clean up our credit. We paid them a fee and had a one year agreement with them. They had one year to remove half of our bad reports or raise our scores 100 points. We had been calling and leaving messages and now their line is always busy and the website down. It has been almost one year and we have seen no progress and now have no way to get our money back.

PREMIER CREDIT SERVICES TOOK MY MONEY!!!!!

I was working with premier credit to fix my credit. I signed a contract to work on it for one year and raise my credit by 100 points or I get half my money back. I made 2 payment installments. When it was time for the second payment I asked them to wait till the 15th. They agreed but pulled it out days early sending my account into a neg. This was back in December and I got that all worked out.
I never did get calls from them after they recieved my money. It got to the point they were not returning my calls and were rude if I got them on the line.
I called them about 11/2-2 months ago and asked if me credit could be checked b/c I wanted to buy a car. She advised me to wait until 2 more rounds of letters. I was a little curious and had my credit checked. I was shocked to see it lowered a small amount. I thought maybe thats why she wanted me to wait a little bit. I received another round of papers and tried to call and ask some questions. I was shocked to find that the line was non-stop busy.
Now I dont know were to go from here. I talked to a lawyer and filed complaints.
If anyone has any advise please write back.
