Premier Fitness, Mademoiselle Spa, Curzons, John Or Giselle Cardillo! Curzons withdrawal from bank account burlington, Ontario

In 2006 I had to cancel my account, as I was moving cities. They told me I could not, as there was a permier in the city I was moving to. That was fine, so I moved to that city (burlington)... and I was told to create an account in an alternate name, that way curzons could benefit from a new start membership. I was fine with that, since it was the "big boss" that told me this was fine. I paid my dues, and have been an outstanding member, for many years.

One day as I was being checked at the door, I noticed my "old" account on the screen (the one they said I couldn't close in the city I moved from). And, I owed $1800!!! What they were doing was continuing to charge my account every two weeks, for 3 years!!! Even though I told them I was moving, and even though the "big boss" said all was well with my new, alternate name membership.

In 2010, after I realized I somehow was now on the hook for $1800, I had to obviously deal with the "big boss in Burlington" to make sure my account was "fixed".

I hasn't been completely fixed yet. I wrote them cheques to pay down the $1800 account, and in return was awarded a satisfactory solution. However, and here's the real kicker. Someone in that other city, oh yeah, Stoney Creek, found my cheque!!! and they went into my account, and withdrew, without any legal authorization, $600 from my bank account! The crooks, the thieves think they can go into my account, without authorization.

I've since had to change my bank account number, which caused me tons of grief. But, I am not an open freaking bank book for Sir John to withdrawl from any time he wishes.

I have spent thousands at the club. My wife is fuming, completely freaking pissed at premier and is cancelling. I know many trainers that have quit because of how poorly the club is run. I am fed up, but will workout, as I love to lift weight and excerise, and premier owes me big time.

Watch out! read their d**n contract, and be aware of all the paperwork. They write their contracts so they think they can just walk into your bank or credit card and withdrawl money!!!

I know the "big boss" knows who I am. I would like to see him confront me about this, and everyone else that has dealt with Premier fitness taking from their bank accounts.

Not happy, but will just put up with the BS!
