A dealer will say just about anything to get you to buy the car, but if it is not in writing you have to treat it as it wasn't said.  So the time to notice the difference in price was BEFORE you signed the paperwork.

The best you can do right now is see what that price includes.  For example if they added a Warranty or GAP insurance that you don't want, you will need to go through that paperwork to see how to cancel it.  Otherwise I hope you enjoy your new $20,340 car.
