This is a rebuttal to post April 10th 2018.

The information on the posts are correct. Premier Funding, LLC may have not taken any 3.5% funding fee in the last 5 months, but they still owe 7 clients 3.5% funding fees.  These clients were original clients that paid funding fees directly to Premier Funding, LLC. Original clients wired funding fees directly to Premier Funding, not to their attorney - so do not say that the clients funding fees were refunded by your attorney. 

The lastes update from Loren Ritacca is their funder will refund funding fees by April 15, 2018.  Let's wait and see if the original 7 clients get the refund on or around April 15, 2018.  If not, I will update this site again what their latest excuse is.  Remember the names - Loren Ritacca and Steven Michael Jenkins - stay away from them and do not do any business with them. 

 This is a rebuttal to posts made on 1/21/18 and 1/26/18 about Premier Funding LLC and Loren Ritacca and Steve Jenkins. There is information in this post that is not true. Number one false statement, Premier Funding LLC has not taken any 3.5% deposits for potential funding for over five months now and is no longer in business Number 2 false statement , Premier Funding LLC has accepted many deposits from clients which were received by our attorney and put into a special trust account. When the potential funding was delayed and not forthcoming in the time frame expected, the deposits made by clients were returned to them by our attorney per our client agreements. Number three false statement, Premier Funding LLC has consistently and regularly been in touch with all of our clients even up to the present time.
