Premier Men's Medical Center deceptive in practice, not forthcoming refues refund. product did not work for me orlando Florida

I went to their office in good faith only to be charged an outragious amount of money for a product that did not work and gage me a severe allergic reaction to it. Company won't retuen my phone calls. I sent back the merchandise the next day and refused delivery of the second package which i had informed the company not to send out. Iam fighting with my CC company who states they can't help me. I don't have the product, I suffered an allergic reaction and I cant get help. Stay away from Premeir mens medical. they are deceptive.
