Paid for parking for a cruise in Aoril 2013 in December 2012. They had to cancel due the inability to perform the agreement. Never recieved a refund. I have been calling them since May 2013 to find out status of our refund and have gotten the run around. Never able to talk to the accounting department or a supervisor. If you had booked parking for Port Canaveral - please make sure you have gotten your refund!
