Well I am glad I'm not the only person to get ripped off by these people. Premier Partners of Tamarac FL. I was told to do a volunter surrender of my vehicle if not it will be repoed. The harrasment of these people is relentless. I put 3000.00 down and my monthly payment was 398.00 I agree it was late at times but never more than 3 weeks.I have every receipt showing this well actaully bank checks showing payment. If you were 3 days late they would send there repo guy to the house. These people are ripoff artists. Stay away!!!!!!! You will loose tons of money I did almost 10,000.00 I could see maybe 5 people with problems but there are over 30 complaints on these people. Please if there are any attorneys who look at this please sign me up for the class action lawsuit. My car was surrendered on 12/24 and sold on 12/31 seems fishy to me that within 7 days the car was sold to someone else.

Hello Denise,
I just read your comment on Premier. I was a victim of these scam artists back in 2004. They are definitely con artists to the 10th power. If you research this site, I am the first person who did a RipOff Report on them. I purchased my car from Lantana (Drive Today Auto Sales) and they did me dirty..put it on my credit..but they had to remove it once William (the son of the owner of Premier) rebutted that they had sold my car. That is against the law b/c they didnt contact me about the sale and they put the entire balance of the loan on my credit which was also against the law. The amount that can go on your credit must be less the amount of the resell of the vehicle.
Hope you were able to clear everything up. This was a lesson learned for me, and I am sure for you, to beware of "buy here, pay here" dealers who are out to prey on those who cannot obtain financing through a traditional dealer.
