Premier Promotion Group Received a letter with no address or phone letter or email contact Nationwide

     Received a letter in the mail with a "Confirmation Form" stating that I had been chosen for a cash distribution of $4,320,00.00 dollars.  All I had to do is confirm my address and send in $20 processing fee and the money would be sent to my address.  Not sure if this is a scam or for real.  I did read where another gentlemen had also received a similar letter.  I tried looking up the Premier Promotion Group and did find a group by that name but could find no information about prize distribution, awards, etc.
