Don't trust the Integrity or Ethics of a company called "Premiere Auto Glass" (480) 570-9293 located at 244 N. Country Club Drive #209, Mesa, AZ 85201. This company runs ads promising money or gas to replace your car windshield. My ad was running on TV's Cox Cable Channel 14 and said get your windshield replaced and get $85 CASH.
Premiere Auto Glass did install a new windshield on my car and billed my auto insurance State Farm over $700. It's been over two and a half months and this company still hasn't honored their advertisements and refuses to mail me the advertised and agreed $85 check. Even the windshield installer told me that as soon as State Farm pays their company they would mail me the $85 check.
I've called them and emailed them several times to resolve this matter. Each time this company gives me a different excuse as to why this advertised check hasn't been mailed even though they've been paid in full from State Farm. These are bait and switch tactics to get you to call them. Even my State Farm agent say's theres a huge amount of fraud in windshield companies. Many will install inferier glass compared to your factory glass and other just don't follow through with the promised promos advertised. Buyers be careful, I would suggust calling your insurance company for a recommendation. This company will probably loose their contract with State Farm. Now it's become more about the ethics, integrity and moral justice for the consumer than the $85 check.
