WARRANTY POLICY
Most items purchased from us are covered under our 30-day warranty radios however come with a 90-day warranty through Premiere Electronics. After our warranty period is up you can either send the radio to the manufacturer, for repair under their warranty or have it repaired at a shop. If you opt for the second choice we recommend you send it to: http://www.export-radio-repair.net this is a division of Premiere Electronics, so you can count on quality work and fast turn around time. Before you send an item to us for warranty repair you must obtain a RAN or return authorization number. Any merchandise sent without one will be refused.
You can't get a (RAN )NUMBER FROM THEM. SO THEIR WARRANTY POLICY IS A SCAM.
They won't answer phone or e-mail.
