Unprofessional and "coaching" sessions are a joke. Supposed talent coach set up a session via Skype and never made contact. When the supposed manager of the talent relations was made aware of the issue instead of rectifying the situation he sung the praises of the agent and suggested that my child should not attend the event. This is not the customer service/customer relations to be given to a family who has paid over $2,000 for the services of the agency.
