Tatiana Savenok is a thief and a liar.  Do not trust or believe anything that she tells you.  She managed to get two security deposits from me, when I had the misfortune of renting one of her run down properties.  I went one week without hotwater and one week without electricity, while living there, and on the hotest days of the year!  Finally, I had to report her to the city to get things fixed.  She then retaliated against me by continually threatening to evict me.  She instigated her dead beat tenants to harass me to the point where I was forced to move out, for the sake of my sanity and safety.  In addition, two of my brand new Michellin tires were slashed, while I lived there, either by one of her trashy tenants, or by her son.  This of course cost me $300 for a tow and to have both tires replaced.  

After forcing me to move out of my apartment, she then stole my security deposit from me, after I had spent three days cleaning the unit, leaving it in better condition, than when I moved in!  My neighbors were crack smoking alcoholics and yes, I am better off not living there but when I tried to have her served, three times, to take her to court to recover my security deposit, she had people lie to the Sheriff for her, saying that she did not have an office there and that she had moved, when in fact, I had her served at the same address she has listed on the internet and the same address, I had to send my rent checks too.  Do NOT do business with this woman, unless you want to be lied to and ripped off by her!
