In 2006 I was bullied into getting one if their timeshares. I spent the several years paying in it however my total balance never seem to go down . In fact the remaining balance was always higher then the month before.  So I stopped paying on it.  T

hen I was told my yearly fees would $500.00 for the year bit they never were I watched them go up and after the first year never got a bill for that again.  When I called to make payment arrangements they said they don't make arrangements for the maintenance fees but can for the monthly fees .

Now I'm getting a certified letter saying that I have to pay for the everything or I will have collections , legal fees,  my membership terminated or foreclosed . In 13 years I have never used my membership so they have been able to use my space without any complications and make money off of it this whole time.
