I just got off the phone with them and they tried to tell me that the free trial had expired. I told her I wantd the charges removed, she told me she could not do that. 

I told her I would be contacting my lawyer and I was going to slam their product and website all over the internet.   I can NOW keep the product and they are refunding 75% of the charges!
