WE RECEIVED TONER FOR OUR COPIER THAT WE DID NOT ORDER. THIS COMPANY MUST HAVE CALLED OUR OFFICE AND ASK TO SPEAK TO THE PERSON THAT ORDERS SUPPLIES AND TOLD HER ABOUT A "GOOD DEAL" ON TONER. SHE TOLD THEM WE WERE NOT INTERESTED. THEY SHIPPED THE TONER ANYWAY WITH AN INVOICE FOR $487.29!
