I performed work for this company and I have had to fight to get paid for it. I just got paid on December 10,2004 for work that I did in October. I have had to repeatedly call this company to be paid for work that I completed. I was told that I would be paid for all that they owed me on December 10,2004 and when I received my paycheck it was $90.00 short of what they owe me. I called them and they told that I should of been paid they do not know what happened but the lady I talked to said she was going to find out and call me back and she has not. I have called her and left messages to which she has yet to return my calls.

Keep records of it and ask for a cd copy of the recorded phone call. Myself and other former employees who have been ripped off and worse by PRS and other merchandising firms are working on building a major class action case against them and it's probably going to go federal. I'm personally working on talking to my state's dept of labor, attorney general and governor etc. to see just what our legal rights are. I'd also contact the state of TX and see if anything can be done on their end since many of the merchandising firms are based out of Plano, TX a Dallas suburb. Also get ahold of the legal people over in Missouri as well. Again if we have solid proof we have a case so when you file keep all the reports, record all phone calls, dates etc. Good luck. You are one of many who are going to drag their butts into the courts. Enough is enough.

File an Online "Claim for Wages" with your States Department of Labor, not hard to do at all.
Most likley you will be paid.

Thanks. After I was called by one of their recruiters wanting to hire me, I decided to check on this company to see if it was even real. She has not followed up or returned my several messages. I don't think I would want to work for people with bad communication courtesy. I am a great worker and I'll bet the owner would want to know that a member of their recruiting staff is either lame or just trying to beef up her numbers. It is sad to see such unprofessional behavior in such a competitive market. There are probably 1000's of qualified people who need a job like this.
