I purchased a prepaid visa card at my local cvs store activation fee was 10 dollars.I had to call a number to activate it 1866-443-6227 also 1877-434-3578 i called the number the person answerd and immediatley took 19.99 from my prepaid account and said i could get a 10 dollar rebate if i went to www.greendot .com/premier rebate it didnt exist i think its a scam i need help i want my money back
