Pressler & Pressler/ New Century Financial Services I'm being sued for a debt I owe. I received this info. in the mail. Garden City New York

Be very careful when dealing with this bunch of lowlife Pressler & Pressler. There is abundant data on them that they will do whatever it takes to collect a debt. Break the law, forge documents, swear out false affidavits, etc.

Stay off the phone, and do not sign anything you send to them. Otherwise your signature will most likely end up on a contract with them. Just print.

Respond to the summons immediately. Do not admit to anything at this point. They decided to sue rather than work something out, so make them pay the price.

Deny everything. Do not reference any debt in your response. The legal burden of proof is on them to prove that you owe THEM the money.

In your response, simply deny the claim. Be sure to reference the case # and the court. Be sure your full name and address is on the reply, and be sure to date it. Thats it.

Send this written response to both the courthouse, and the bottomfeeders. Send it by certified mail, return reciept requested. Be sure to put they certified# on the letter itself, and keep a copy of each for your records. Only sign the one going to the court.

Your done for now. Wait for your court date.

Then we will go over your discovery request.

YOU HAVE AN UNPAID DEBT BUT YOU DONT KNOW HOW THEY HAVE A RIGHT TO SUE? I AM ASSUMING THAT YOU ARE AN ADULT. WHAT DID YOU EXPECT THEM TO DO WHEN YOU REFUSED TO PAY THE DEBT BACK? HOW IS IT A RIPOFF, IF THEY SUE YOU FOR A DEBT THAT YOU WONT PAY? BY THE WAY, IF THEY OBTAIN A JUDGEMENT, THEY CAN JUST WAIT UNTIL YOU GO BACK TO WORK & HAVE YOU GARNISHED! UNLESS OF COURSE, YOU PLAN ON BEING UNEMPLOYED FOR THE NEXT 10YRS.
