Prestige Financial Solutions Poor Customer Service Westminster, Colorado

Since I signed a contract with Prestige Financial in 2010, I have been content with their services.  As they promised, they negotiated with the credit card companies I owed money to, obtained agreements to pay 40-60 cents on the dollar for the debt, and used the money I paid them  to pay off the debts.  They have given me a lot of peace of mind.  

It did take patience to watch them work.  They are not very communicative and will only reach out when they are in contract negotiations and a deal is close.  However, they were fairly prompt in responding to my inquiries, and they were faithful with managing the money I sent them.  

They could probably improve their customer service a bit.  Otherwise, I think they did a great job for me.

I did speak with this company and eventually used there service after talking to several companies.  How did they scam you out of money?  I have not had to pay them anything until after they have resolved a debt of mine and there is no cancel fee.  So how were you scammed out of your money?  The process is easy and at first was a little skeptic about what was going to happen.  There were a couple bumps, but that is because of it being a new process to me.  Once I saw how it worked, it has been smooth.  I would recommend them to anybody that needs help with there unsecured debt.

Imagine this...2 days of filing a BBB report on this bunch they called me asking why I was unhappy with them. If I could have reached thru the phone I would have choked the guy. He says "It was company policy not to contact anyone unless a settlement offer has come forward"and that "there had been no negotiation on the debts as they were waiting on money to build in the account before they started.

They offered to refund some of my money to make the BBB complaint go away. I jump at that since I needed it. Should have asked for more. But this won't go away. Don't use them. The end result of their inactions is still there and I am now faced with several years of very hard times because of it but I won't deny that the root problem was mine to begin with.
